Morrison Named Head Men's Soccer CoachNovember 7, 2013
BREVARD, N.C.- Brevard College Director of Athletics Juan Mascaro is pleased to announce Bradley Morrison as the new Brevard College head men’s soccer coach.
Morrison spent the 2013 under Mascaro, who served as the Tornados head men’s soccer coach from 2007-2013, as the assistant with the men’s program. Mascaro has accepted the position of Director of Institutional Planning and Research in addition to his responsibilities as Director of Athletics.
“I’m happy to be handing the men’s soccer program to such a phenomenal person and coach,” said Mascaro. “Bradley brought energy and an expansive knowledge of the game to our program last season, and I’m truly excited to see the program continue under his leadership.”
Morrison joined the men’s soccer program in August following a year-long stint working as an ODP Assistant Coach with the North Carolina Youth Soccer Association.
“I’d like to thank President Joyce and Mr. Mascaro for the opportunity to coach at Brevard, I’m honored and humbled,” said Morrison. “I have learned a lot about life and coaching under Coach Mascaro, and I’m excited about what lies ahead for the men’s soccer program.”
Brevard finished the 2013 campaign 5-11 overall, and 3-8 in South Atlantic Conference play.
