Tornados Basketball Look to Make It Three in a Row on Saturday

Brevard, N.C. – The Brevard College men’s basketball team has started the 2008-09 season off with a bang, already going 2-0 this week.

The Tornados will look to make it 3-0 this Saturday afternoon, when they will travel to Due West, S.C. to face off with 0-1 Erskine College.

Erskine College lost to SAC member Newberry College on Wednesday night in a 64-51 home loss.

Last season, Erskine swept the Tornados in the teams two games, defeating Brevard College 64-46 in Due West in January.

The tip-off is slated for 4:30 p.m. and is the second game of a double-header as the Brevard College women’s team will take on Erskine at 2 p.m.
