Brevard Football adds 32 new signeesFebruary 12, 2015
BREVARD, N.C. – Head football coach Paul Hamilton and recruiting coordinator Vince Reese have announced a signing class that includes 32 new student-athletes.
The Tornados recruited heavily at the slot back position in hopes of offsetting the losses of Kelvin Jeter and Andre Overholt to graduation. The offensive line, already considered one of the strongest in the South Atlantic Conference, will also receive a significant boost with five new additions.
Brevard recruited North Carolina heavily, signing 15 new players from the Tar Heel state and three from Transylvania and Henderson Counties. Seven newcomers hail from Georgia, while players from South Carolina (4), New York (2), Florida (1), and Virginia (1) round out the class.
