Etowah, N.C. - The Brevard College men’s golf team, led by freshman Parker Lewis’ three-round score of 225, finished seventh in the 2010 Food Lion South Atlantic Conference tournament.
Lewis finished tied for 16th in the tournament, firing a team-low 69 for the tournament in the third round of play to lead the Tornados.
Joshua Davis finished with a three-round score of 230 to finish in 27th as the Tornados finished the tournament with a team total of 922.
Thomas Rennie and Thomas Bush were in the top 35 in the tournament as Rennie carded a 238 and Bush finished with 241, while Michael Stamper rounded out the group with a 242.
Lincoln Memorial won the men’s tournament with a three-day score of 873, while Daniel Stanley from Newberry College won the individual overall title with a three-round score of 216, even par.
