Shane Ihme
Assistant CoachCoach Ihme joins the Brevard College volleyball staff in the fall of 2009, after volunteering some time with the team in the spring of 2008.
Prior to coming to Brevard, Ihme worked as the Men's Club Volleyball Head Coach at Covenant College located at Lookout Mountain, Ga., where he organized practice schedules, planned tournament travel and led the team to competition in tournaments at King College, Brevard College, Georgia Tech and Lee University.
While at Covenant, Ihme also worked as a work study to the women's volleyball team, helping coach the junior varsity and varsity teams in their preseason workouts as well as during the season, mainly focusing on the defensive specialists.
Ihme also has experience coaching in club leagues, having coached 14's, 15's and 17's with Dig to Win, and has worked as a volunteer coach with the Rosman High School junior varsity and varsity teams.
