BREVARD, N.C. – The Brevard College men's and women's cross country program has announced its schedule for 2026.
 
"We're excited for a new season and new courses," commented Head Coach Cameron Isenhour. "We are driven by the same mission - compete with purpose, trust the process, and represent Brevard with pride every step of the way."
 
The slate features a pair of events at the Brevard AirStrip near the Cindy Platt Boys & Girls Club in town. The Third Annual Brevard XC Classic is back, alongside hosting the 2026 USA South Conference Cross Country Championships.
 
BC first opens its season at the Eye Opener XC Classic on Friday, Sept. 4, at 6:30 p.m. in Spartanburg, S.C., hosted by USC Upstate. The Tornados will then host the Third Annual Brevard XC Classic at the Brevard AirStrip on Friday, Sept. 18, at 10 a.m.
 
The Tornados will travel to the Swags Louisville Cross Country Classic on Saturday, Oct. 3, at 9 p.m., hosted by the University of Louisville in Louisville, Ky. The final regular season meet of 2026 is the Upstate Invite on Saturday, Oct. 17, at 9 p.m., once again hosted by USC Upstate.
 
For the first time, the 2026 USA South Conference Cross Country Championships will take place in Brevard, as the Tornados and other conference members head to the Brevard AirStrip on Friday, Oct. 30, at 10 a.m.
 
The 2026 NCAA DIII South Regional Championships will be held in Earlysville, Va., on Saturday, November 14, at 10 a.m.
