BREVARD, N.C. – The Brevard College Department of Athletics is thrilled to announce the Second Annual Tornados Clays Classic, scheduled for Saturday, March 13, 2027, at the Biltmore Sporting Clays Club in Asheville, North Carolina. This event is made possible thanks to the generous Title Sponsorship provided by Joe and Nancy DePippo.
 
All proceeds from the inaugural Tornados Clays Classic go directly to benefit Brevard College Athletics programs and student-athletes at BC.
 
The event will feature 12 teams of four participants each at Biltmore's 12-station course. Registration for a full four-member team is $1,500, or an individual registration of $400. Registration includes shells, lunch, and a premium participant gift. Awards will be distributed for the top-performing team and individual.
 
Event registration will be the morning of Saturday, March 13, from 8-8:30 a.m., with a safety briefing to follow, and safety gear will be provided to all participants. Start time for the inaugural Tornados Clays Classic will be at 9 a.m.
 
A generous donation from the DePippo family was made of a SKB 690 12-gauge shotgun with a 28" barrel that will be up for raffle at the event. Raffle tickets will be $50 apiece with no limit on the amount purchased, and the drawing will be held live at the conclusion of the Tornados Clays Classic.
