BREVARD, N.C. – The Brevard College men's tennis team (7-0) continued its undefeated season by winning its home opener 5-2 victory over visiting Johnson & Wales LaGrange (1-3) in a non-conference match on Saturday afternoon at the McCoy Tennis Complex.

Brevard took an early lead with a team point by winning two of three doubles matches to start the day.  The number one team of Hayden LeBlanc and Bryce Bernitt won 6-3, followed by a 6-4 victory by Noah Lewis and Peter Bresko in no. 2 doubles.

Needing three wins in singles play, the Tornados came through by winning four of the six available matches.  LeBlanc took care of business with a strong 6-4, 6-1 victory in number one singles.  Ayden Montero continued his excellent work this season with a three-segt win in number three singles.
