BREVARD, N.C. – The Brevard College men's lacrosse team (2-13, 0-8 USA South) wrapped up its 2025 campaign, falling 34-5 to USA South Conference Regular Season Champion Pfeiffer University (13-3, 8-0 USAS) on Friday afternoon at Ives-Lemel Family Field.
Senior
Michael Peters capped off his Tornado career with a pair of goals, while junior
Gage Khayat found the back of the net twice as well. Senior
Brice Peterson scored a goal in his final game on the Tornado turf, with
Joseph Piazza dishing out BC's lone assist.

Jack Hicks – who is BC's all-time leader in saves - made a total of 13 saves, bringing his career total to over 600.
Matt Smith grabbed four ground balls for the Tornados, while
Luke Anderson,
Max Dorman, and
Jared Smith each caused a pair of turnovers for Brevard.
The 2025 campaign comes to a conclusion for Brevard, highlighted by BC's fourth-consecutive win in the Battle of Blue Ridge vs. Warren Wilson, and a home victory over the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. Peters led BC's offense with 30 goals and 37 total points, while Peterson dished out a team-high 10 assists. Peters (49 ground balls) and Dorman (28 caused turnovers) helped the Tornado defense anchored by Hicks (236 saves). Southern earned 150 faceoff wins for Brevard as well.
