BREVARD, N.C. - The Brevard College volleyball team (1-8) overcame a 2-0 match deficit, battling back with convincing wins in sets three and four, but ultimately fell in a five-set thriller against Bob Jones University (3-7), 3-2 at the Boshamer Gymnasium in the 2025 home opener.
BJU earned a pair of 25-18 victories in the first two sets before Brevard stormed back with a dominating 25-13 win in set three. BC kept the momentum rolling with a fourth-set triumph, 25-17, but the Tornados ran out of steam in the fifth set in a narrow three-point loss, 15-12.
