MISENHEIMER, N.C. - Brevard College's senior duo of Jadon Carnes and KK Horton each scored in double figures in BC's 94-61 defeat at the hands of defending USA South Conference champion Pfeiffer on Wednesday evening. 

Carnes, the reigning USA South Player of the Week, scored in double figures for the 22nd time in 2025-26, totaling 19 points with a 8-of-14 shooting performance from the field. Horton added 10 points and a team-best six assists, while Dre'Shaun Brown and Twain Wilson totaled eight points apiece. 

Pfeiffer's Doug Smith (14 points) and Zach Sloan (13 points) led the charge for the Falcons. A grand total of 15 different players found the score column for the Falcons. 

PFU shot 59% from the field and hit nine 3-pointers, dominated the glass 45-16, and scored 54 points in the paint in the dominant effort. 

Brevard will return to action on Saturday with a trip to Raleigh, N.C. for a 2 p.m. start time against William Peace.
