The USA South Athletic Conference's women's indoor track and field coaches have released their 2026 pre-championship poll ahead of the League's championship meet. Head coaches do not vote for their own teams in the balloting.

Southern Virginia was atop the rankings with 34 points and five of the possible seven first place votes. The Knights will look to capture their third consecutive indoor title. N.C. Wesleyan placed second in the poll with 31 points and one first place vote while Meredith collected 28 points and the final first place vote to round out the top three.

The 2026 USA South Women's Indoor Track & Field championship will be hosted at JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, North Carolina on Friday, February 27.
