Colby Pasiut joins the Brevard College Football program as an Assistant Football Coach, bringing a diverse coaching background and a passion for developing student-athletes both on and off the field. With experience coaching at the collegiate level in both football and lacrosse, Pasiut is committed to building disciplined, competitive, and character-driven teams.
Prior to joining Brevard College, Pasiut served as the Offensive Coordinator for the Alfred State Men's Lacrosse program during the 2026 season. Under his leadership, the offense helped guide the Pioneers to a conference playoff appearance while producing two First Team All-Conference selections. His emphasis on player development, offensive execution, and team culture played a key role in the program's success.
Before returning to Alfred State, Pasiut spent three seasons as an Assistant Football Coach at Alfred University, where he worked with defensive position groups and contributed to all aspects of the program, including practice planning, film analysis, game preparation, and recruiting. During his tenure, he helped develop eight All-Conference student-athletes while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
A former two-year captain of the Alfred State Men's Lacrosse program, Pasiut is recognized for his leadership, strong relationships with student-athletes, and commitment to excellence. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sport Management with a minor in Athletic Coaching from Alfred State.
