O’Leary, a former All-Conference Tight End for the Brevard College football program, enters his third season on staff with the Tornados in 2025 as the Academic Success Coordinator/Tight Ends & Fullbacks Coach.
 
The Fayetteville, North Carolina native played five seasons with the Tornados, garnering accolades as a national D3football.com Team of the Week selection in 2021 and a USA South All-Conference selection in 2022 while also being a member of the 2019 ECAC Scotty Whitelaw Bowl Championship team.
 
O’Leary enjoyed a breakout fifth-year campaign en route to his All-Conference nod, racking up 52 receptions for 519 receiving yards and three touchdowns. In addition to joining the staff with BC, O’Leary competed for the Gallos Negros de Querétaro, an American football team based in Querétaro City, Mexico. The Gallos Negros compete in the LFA, the top American football league in Mexico.
