Emmanuel was hampered by penalties throughout play on Wednesday, as six infractions totaled five power-play minutes.

The Lions scored at the 10:06 mark when Alex Stull scored his second goal of the afternoon, pushing Emmanuel's advantage to 3-1.

BC's Duffie and Emmanuel's Allan Velasquez traded scores to keep the margin at two goals in favor of the Lions, 4-2.

A McKaig score followed by four-straight Farr goals, including a man-up score, pushed the Tornados up, 7-4. Emmanuel and Brevard traded each team's next two scores to keep BC up by three goals, 9-6 before McKaig closed the first half out by connecting on a Joel Vacchiano assist, giving the Tornados a 10-6 halftime lead.

The Tornados and Lions played a back-and-forth third period as both sides traded punches before another McKaig goal extended BC's lead to five goals at 14-9.

Brevard used a stretch of five unanswered goals in the fourth quarter to seal its big win on the road over DII Emmanuel College, 20-12.
