LAGRANGE, Ga. - The Brevard College baseball team (3-3) fell 10-2 to LaGrange College (3-0) in the series finale on Sunday afternoon in LaGrange, Georgia.

The Panthers completed the three-game sweep after taking the first two games of the series on Saturday.

Logan Clark and
Cale Oehler each turned in multi-hit performances for the Tornados, with Clark and
Davis Bryson scoring BC's runs as
Luke Morton and
Frankie Vasquez tallied RBI.
Easton King recorded his first collegiate hit, a double, in his first BC at-bat.

Blake Altschuler (1-1) made the start on Sunday, going three innings allowing four hits, five runs, and striking out two batters.
Kalen Milstead gave the Tornados three and 1/3 innings of work, with
Aaron Burchett and
Jaeger Pankowski also working out of the bullpen for Brevard.

Altschuler and the Tornado defense were able to shut out the Panthers through the first three innings of action, but LaGrange broke through in the bottom of the fourth with a five-run inning. BC was able to answer right back with a two-run top of the fifth, but the Panthers held Brevard in check the rest of the way while scoring five more runs to close out the 10-2 win and finish off the series sweep.

The Tornados now turn their attention to a non-conference home series vs. Oberlin College on Saturday and Sunday, February 24-25 at Gil Coan Field. Saturday's doubleheader is scheduled for 12 and 3 p.m., while Sunday's contest is slated for an 11 a.m. first pitch.
