MISENHEIMER, N.C. – The Brevard College men's and women's cross country teams competed in the 2025 USA South Conference Cross Country Championships, held on Saturday at Pfeiffer University.
Molly Perry, a first year Tornado, finished 17
th overall at the championships with a 25:32.9 time in the six-kilometer race.
Alison Williams placed 30
th with a time of 28:22.3, while
Victoria Sylvester,
Elizabeth Foster, and
Katie Woody also competed for the Tornados.
On the men's side, the Tornados finished third of five teams, led by
Matthew Harris who finished in 16
th place with a time of 28:10.4.
Shea Granger (19
th, 28:43.4),
Ethan Carlan (20
th, 28:52.4),
Colbin Hill (21
st, 29:03.4), and
Owen Plucar (22
nd, 29:09.0) rounded out the five scorers for the Tornados, while
Alexander Rich finished 29
th with a time of 32:42.9.
The Tornados will now gear up for the NCAA Division III South Regional Championship on Saturday, November 15 in Salem, Va.
