BREVARD, N.C. – The Brevard College women's lacrosse team (3-11, 2-7 USA South) wrapped up the 2026 regular season at home on Sunday, falling by a final of 23-0 to USA South Conference Regular Season champion Meredith (14-4, 9-0 USAS) on Sunday morning at Ives-Lemel Family Field.
Nine different Avenging Angels found the back of the net, led by Kenzie Todd (four goals, eight assists) and Reese Walker (two goals, 10 assists).
Kyla Smith-Fondall made 11 saves in the cage, giving herself yet another contest with double-digit stops.
Jordan Frenette led all Tornados with two draw controls, while
Emma Demcovich,
Tallulah Fish,
Xan Hill, and
Natalie Lopez Velez all logged caused turnovers.
The Tornados, who have earned the eight-seed in the upcoming USA South Conference Tournament, will rematch at top-seeded Meredith on Saturday, April 25 at 11 a.m. in Raleigh, N.C.
