HICKORY, N.C. - A Lenoir-Rhyne (9-3-2, 5-2-1 SAC) goal late in the first half would be all the Bears needed to defeat Brevard men's soccer team (6-7-2, 2-6 SAC) 1-0 in Saturday night's match.
In the 39th minute of the game, Israel Ramirez would pass the ball off to Emil Tansinda who would send a shot past Brevard's goalkeeper from about thirty yards out for the only goal of the match.
