Box Score LAGRANGE, Ga. – The Brevard College men's tennis team (6-0) continued its undefeated season and completed a spring season-opening road trip with a 6-1 victory over host LaGrange (1-2) in a non-conference match in LaGrange, Georgia.
Brevard fell behind after losing a team point after doubles play as LaGrange won two of the three opening matches. BC's lone win in doubles play came on the no. 3 line as Ayden Montero and Noah Boyles blanked LaGrange's team 6-0.
Down heading into singles play, the Tornados came alive to sweep the six available matches and take the road victory.
Hayden LeBlanc won 8-0 in no. 1 singles, while senior Bryce Bernitt scored an 8-2 win in no. 2 singles. Montero won 8-3 on the no. 3 line and Boyles took care of business with an 8-6 victory in no. 4 singles.
Freshman Nathan Bookout continued BC's winning ways with an 8-3 victory in number five singles. The closest match of the day came in number six singles as senior Brian Seon won 8-6 to complete the singles sweep for the Tornados.
Brevard continues its 2025 spring campaign with the team's first home match of the season on Saturday, February 22 vs. Johnson & Wales. First serve is scheduled for 1 p.m. at the McCoy Tennis Complex.
