Adam Newcomb earned his first career All-Conference accolade by securing a spot on the Second Team, while senior left-handed pitcher
Greg Simmons represented Brevard College on the All-Sportsmanship Team as the USA South Conference announced its Baseball postseason honors.

Newcomb, a second-year Tornado from Charlotte, made 24 appearances with 22 starts in 2026 while competing in 14 of BC's 21 conference matchups. The sophomore hit .380 with 30 base hits, slugging seven doubles and his first collegiate home run while scoring 26 runs and driving in 12. Additionally, Newcomb totaled a .506 slugging percentage and a .485 on-base percentage for a .991 OPS.

Simmons, a graduating senior from West End, North Carolina, made a pair of appearances for the Tornados in 2026, including his first collegiate start.

BC began the season with a 6-0 record, its best start to a season in the NCAA era.
