MISENHEIMER, N.C.- The Brevard College (0-3) women's tennis team traveled to Pfeiffer University (6-0) losing 7-2 in a non-conference match on Thursday, February 27 at Knapp Tennis center.
Brevard's No.1 doubles team Katie Daugherty and Michelle Prata gained a point for the Tornados after defeating Taylor Lindsay and Val Mendoza 8-5.
Later on in the match, Michelle Prata faced Taylor Lindsay again defeating her in the No.2 singles spot 7-5 and 6-4.
Falcons Val Mendoza played Jule Hermann 7-6 in the first set and didn't allow Hermann to rally back with a 6-0 sweep in the second.
