BREVARD, N.C. - The Brevard College women's lacrosse program has announced its schedule for the upcoming 2027 season.
 
BC will compete in eight total home games at Ives-Lemel Family Field and take on nine total USA South Conference opponents in 2027.
 
"I feel like we have a schedule that will not only challenge us but let us compete, grow, and continue to build this program," commented first-year Head Coach McKenna Kincaid. "I am excited to lead this team in my first season and look forward to seeing what this group can accomplish together. We are fortunate to have a strong group of returners to help guide this team through a memorable season."
 
BC opens the calendar at home on Saturday, February 13, facing Montreat at 1 p.m. The Tornados will then close out the month of February with consecutive road contests at Randolph in Lynchburg, Virginia on Friday, February 26 at 4 p.m., and at Guilford in Greensboro, North Carolina on Saturday, February 27 at 4:30 p.m.
 
March kicks off with three straight home contests for the Tornados, beginning with a Wednesday, March 3 showdown with Saint Vincent at 3 p.m. BC competes in its USA South Conference opener on Saturday, March 6 at 12 p.m. vs. NC Wesleyan, before welcoming Pitt-Bradford on Tuesday, March 9 at 1 p.m.
 
BC will hit the road for two USA South matchups in Fayetteville, N.C. against Methodist (Saturday, March 13, 12 p.m.) and in Misenheimer, N.C. vs. Pfeiffer (Wednesday, March 17, 5 p.m.). The Tornados will then return home for a 2 p.m. draw time against Greensboro on Saturday, March 20, before a lengthy road trip to Montgomery, Alabama, to face Huntingdon on Saturday, March 27 at 12 p.m. ET / 11 a.m. CT.
 
April begins with the Ridge Rivalry vs. Warren Wilson at home on Friday, April 2 at 6 p.m. BC then returns to conference action, hosting its final two contests of the regular season vs. Piedmont on Tuesday, April 6 at 6 p.m., and vs. Southern Virginia on Saturday, April 10 at 12 p.m.
 
BC's regular season concludes with a trip to the Triangle to face William Peace in Cary on Saturday, April 17 at 12 p.m., followed by Meredith in Raleigh on Sunday, April 18 at 2 p.m.
 
The 2027 USA South Women's Lacrosse Tournament begins with first-round action on Saturday, April 24, followed by the semifinals on Thursday, April 29. The championship will take place on Saturday, May 1.
